Returns & Exchanges Policy

At XND Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or sampled cosmetic products cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your XND Products account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
